Our service
Bluebirdmusic offers sourcing of products, mainly music instruments, which are listed within the https://www.bluebirdmusicstore.com website. We are only agents to resell the brands' products on this website. You can provide any feedback on the quality of the products and we will communicate them with the brand/supplier. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, excluding Public Holiday. Customers may contact us during operation hours for customer service. 

Damage/Loss
Any item that is damage by customers, will be exempted from any claims against damage and loss. 

All packaging must be kept for inspection. The item must be available for inspection in the state it was delivered, at the address it was delivered to. If the item is moved/repaired or if the packaging is not kept, the claim will be rejected

If the box or packaging is clearly damaged on delivery, it is of paramount importance that the recipient must sign for as 'DAMAGED' otherwise any claim of damage will be rejected. 

It is the customer's responsibility to follow the steps or procedures communicated for any claims for refund or return. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject the claims should the procedures are not follow. Late Delivery
The delivery dates listed on this website are the best possible estimate of the delivery time. We are not responsible or liable for any late delivery or missed delivery.
