REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Please see below for more information on our return policy & please note that Bluebird Music does not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind reasons.

*Important* 

  • We do not arrange a refund or replacement for items on the basis of the characteristics & the qualities of natural materials of our products.
  • Any item that is damage by customers, will be exempted from any claims against damage and loss.
  • We do not arrange a refund or replacement for items received which are functional. 
  • Each brands have different refund policies, kindly contact us to inquire for more details. 
  • Each request for refund or return claims are to be evaluated on a case to case basis. Please email [email protected] to apply for such refund or return.

REQUEST FOR REFUND or REPLACEMENT for broken, damaged or wrong product 

We do our best to ensure that we take the utmost care and accountability when packing and deliver our products to your doorstep. 

Important steps to take:

  1. DO NOT sign If you noticed the box or packaging is damaged on delivery. In the event you could not refuse delivery, it is of paramount importance that the recipient must sign for as 'DAMAGED' otherwise any claims of damage will be rejected.
  2. Take photos of the box received before unboxing if you notice any tear or dent.
  3. Take videos and photos immediately upon unboxing and contact us immediately if there are any damages
  4. Report your damages within one (1) day upon receipt of goods. Your request for refund or replacement will be rejected should you report of any damages after one (1) day upon receipt of goods. 
  5. All packaging must be kept for inspection. The item must be available for inspection in the state it was delivered, at the address it was delivered to. If the item is moved/repaired or if the packaging is not kept, the claim will be rejected

We will contact you within 1-3 business days after you email us to report of any damages. Failure to follow the steps above will result in your claims to be rejected. 

The approval of your request for a refund or replacement will be made by Bluebird Music in its sole discretion. We will contact you with further information. 

Any cash refund will be made to your credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. 

If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped to you. Unless otherwise stated to you, its shipping cost paid and reimbursed by Bluebird Music. 

Any returns must be postmarked and shipped to a location designated by Bluebird Music within three (3) working days. Any return shipping cost may have to paid by you and only be refunded if Bluebird Music approves of the reimbursement.
