Qns: Can I ask for refund if I do not like what I bought?
Ans: We do not offer refunds and returns for buyer's remorse and if the product functions well

Qns: My delivery is late. What can I do?
Ans: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. If the shipment is late could be due to situations which are out of our control. A tracking number will be provided to you. Kindly be patient and keep checking on the status of the delivery. 

Qns: Are there VAT for my product?
Ans: The product may be subjected to VAT as most of the instruments on this website are import from overseas. Goods subject to custom declaration; customer fees to be paid on delivery if applicable. But we have special procedures for Malaysia, kindly read "How to Order" section. 

Qns: I received my music instruments broken and damaged
Ans: We sincerely apologise for this, kindly refer to our Refund Policy page and ensure that each steps are taken when you apply for a refund. IMPORTANT to read it prior to purchasing. 

Qns: I am not shipping to Malaysia, but I want to purchase from your site. 
Ans: You can contact us at [email protected] to ask whether shipment to your country is possible. The product may be subjected to VAT or duty of your country. Goods subject to custom declaration; customer fees to be paid on delivery if applicable.
