How to Order

To ensure smooth ordering process, kindly read the following:-

Contact us to clarify for any questions you have about the product.
Contact us to double check if we have the product in stock. Some of the items are quite popular and the system may not have updated the latest.
There are two methods of ordering. Refer below
Upon receipt of payment, it will take 1-3 days to process and dispatch of the product from the factory/warehouse
Please leave you email or contact number for us to send you the delivery tracking number
Do not sign the goods if you notice cracks and damage on the carton box. Contact us immediately.
VAT or Sales Tax may be charged to your purchase. The logistic company will contact you if such clearance is required.

Method 1: Via website

To avoid disappointment, check with us if stock is available. Normally, we do have stock but sometimes, it could have been sold out when you try to purchase
Add to cart and pay via the payment options available:-
- Bank Transfer: No transaction fees
- Paypal: 5% transaction fees will be charged
Should the stock became unavailable after payment, we will refund to your designated bank account in full

Method 2: Via Contact us directly

To avoid disappointment, check with us if stock is available. Normally, we do have stock but sometimes, it could have been sold out when you try to purchase
Contact us on the product(s) you are interested in and we will issue a sales quotation address to you. Who knows, there may be a special discount.
Payment method accepted is Bank Transfer (no transaction fees)
Should the stock became unavailable after payment, we will refund to your designated bank account in full
